I can understand the fans frustration, the Leeds match apart we've been pretty awful, no real flow to our game and nothing inspiring. Constant chopping and changing the side doesn't help either. What concerns me is there doesn't seem to be any tactical acumen being shown by JFH and no improvement in our teamwork. A good coach soon makes an impression and the players respond, there's no sign of that almost a year after he took over.

If rumours that Chery is not happy are true it will only be a matter of time before he's snapped up as goalscoring midfielders are always attractive propositions and we are now a selling club every player has his price...

Perhaps the players should be held accountable for the performances and take some responsibility! I doubt that JFH sends his players out to play like they have been! They've all played enough games to know what needs to change and every week it's "disappointed with the result we go again" and then they go and perform just as bad as the previous game! It would be good to see them take the initiative and improve their individual performances!!!

Yet it's amazing how well failing players did when Warnock took over from Ramsey. I think it's the manager again now, not the players, and odd team selections and substitutions, and poor tactics (Newcastle the best example) would seem to bear this out.

Sacking JFH and replacing him won't change a thing, the problem stems from the day Fernándes bought the club from Tango & Cash, it's been downhill nearly all the way, apart from a day out at Wembley the rest has been dog ****e, until he sells up we will be going round & round in bloody circles

You may well be right, but who the hell is going to buy this shambles? Or even take responsibility if Tony walks away and takes his losses with him? No one unless the club is on a secure financial footing, which appears to be what they are trying to do now. Which is pissing everyone off. Catch 22.

It is particularly galling for those of us who are unlikely to be around when the renaissance does actually happen. 40 years wasted in expectation.

Genuine question as one board (bored) cynic to another do you think they're securing financial footing or just treading water waiting on OOC.

    I think that's a little unfair.

I'd love him to prove the doubters wrong...............I just don't think he will and I also fear we could become embroiled in a relegation fight if JFH is retained.

I actually think we have a good enough squad to be pushing for a play off place. A better tactician and coach who actually plays players in the correct position and can get them to play his system could achieve this imo.
I wouldn't want to get rid of JFH till his contract expires in December, just in case he can turn it around. I just hope that's not too late!

We were way better than we ever could have hoped to be under Warnock. The Four Year Plan exposed the absolute shambles we were behind the scenes. He steered a way through all that bull and turned us from league one wannabes to a Prem team in a year and a half.

Was referring to when he took over from Ramsey. Obviously we were better than good the season he took us up.

I don't want JFH to fail but I also don't want the team to play pi55poor football either. Irrespective of results, we have been pretty awful to watch for most of the past few years. To my eye, there has been no great improvement as yet, in what I see under JFH week on week than I saw under Ramsay or Harry. When we do put in the odd decent performance it somehow always seems a temporary blip and we are soon back to dross. We are the Bentley Bentayga of the division. A sum of good individual parts that combine to produce an expensive, ugly and barely fit for purpose unit.

Perhaps not surprisingly, there are whispers of a search for new investors.
The pivotal moment in 'The Four Year Plan', and therefore our history, was when Amit found out that T&G were not selling to him and Mittal.
It's possible (but only possible) that matters might be very different now.

I don't think it'll be too late. We're not going down. You and others on here see them live more than I do so is the feeling re Ned that he's never a right back. Every time we were exposed last night it was on the right. He seems to be constantly drifting infield and there's no cover when he's not there.

I don't go too much at the moment actually, but I was there against Leeds, Preston and Sunderland.

Yes, Ned isn't a right back, but he's the best right back at the club. Who's fault is that?

This is what I find unfair about the current situation. If you are going to compare performances under Hasselbaink with those under Redknapp, you really should make allowance for the disparity in the financial resources with which they had to work. Redknapp was a 'superstar' manager (or so TF thought), who was given untold funds to spunk and served up dire football with players who were paid fortunes and by and large couldn't give a ****. JFH is a League One manager trying to make a step up and working on a shoestring budget, yet he is expected to serve up better football than Kneecap.

Good question. I think they are trying to stem the haemorrhaging of hundreds of millions of their own cash, but I honestly don't believe it is possible to run the club on a balanced budget, even at OOC (which, as we all know, is a pipe dream. Even HS2 is looking dodgy now) and have any ambition. The finances of this sport are completely screwed. You can go for broke and bank on getting the PL millions, which we have already ****ed up, or settle for being a league one/lower championship feeder club, ticking over. I can't see the point of a new stadium in the latter case, it will just be a half empty shell, even if it comes without debt. But a 2nd/3rd division (old money) club is what we have been for most of our history.

I don't think there is a plan, just 'we've tried throwing money at it, didn't work, now let's try some weird middle way where we pretend we have ambition, but do as little as possible, and hope some kind of alchemy happens'. The Warnock promotion was a fluke, built on a freak player applying himself most of the time. The club was chronically unprepared and unable to capitalise on the good fortune Adel gave us, and has been run chronically unprofessionally ever since. Even if by some miracle OOC did come off the people who would benefit would be the owners getting some of their cash back from selling flats and to a point the fans having comfier seat. But the team won't have better funding, we'll be watching the same **** in a different place.

Sorry, not in the greatest mood. I have two woodpeckers nesting in my sinuses as a result of a week in hyper air con and a 24 hour delay in flights. Then when the body shop took my car away to repair the bumper which some twat had backed into in a car park, they left me with a Nissan Scrote as a courtesy car. This is an insult to engineering and design. It is perfectly possible to design cool and funky little cars, like the Volkswagen Up or the Fiat 500. These blokes couldn't be arsed.

Are you happy with the selections, tactics and motivational skills shown by JFH? Do you think we're playing well?
