    Very poor 1st half

    Better second half

2 piss poor goals to lose

    Subs should have been earlier

    Better team won

Aye, the Semi, a good win there and we can consign this loss to the dustbin of forgettable games.

As Brendan Rodgers said, the better team won - MGB are a good side and are missing up to three top players. Thought they were unlucky against Barca & if they get back those injured players, could well consign Man City to third place.

Also thought Sinclair's miss was just as glaring a mistake as Toure's two errors and Sviatchenko didn't help matters at all. Anyway, as has been said, roll on Sunday when a good win will lift the spirits!

The City draw gave me confidence that we could maybe get a 2 1 win last night ...

I said this was our best chance for a home win in this group ... considering the other two teams were city and barca .

However, you know any German team are going to be excellent on their game and BMG we're in the first half ... ran the show.

Big Toure has been a good signing but he is always capable of a **** up or two ...pity he did two in same game.

I did hope for 3rd place ... can't see that now but this is still progress when you consider what Delia left behind.

Surely Boyata needs a run in the team, and if Tom Boyd is fit enough to act the **** on a stage at the IRA Hate Fest in George Square, then why the **** is he not being given a chance too!?

MASSIVE game on Sunday. For me, and many die hards, this really is make or break time for BRENDA.

Sure, the army came to visit me, 'twas in the early hours,
With Saladins and Saracens and Ferret armoured cars
They thought they had me cornered, but I gave them all a fright
With the armour piercing bullets of my little Armalite.
And it's down in the New lodge that's where I long to be,
Lying in the dark with a Provo company,
A comrade on me left and another on me right
And a clip of ammunition for my little Armalite.

De Vries would have saved both those goals.

    Brendan out.

I think we all got a bit carried away with the Man City performance, these teams are streets ahead of us. We'll get better but a midfield of Brown, Bitton and Calum McGregor is as limited as it sounds.

Bitton is the most ponderous midfielder we've had in a long time. If he has to make a pass without thinking about it then it is invariably a ****e pass. ]

Decent player but no up to CL speed.

He wasn't at the races yesterday, his passing is his only attribute but even that deserted him.

Whoever came up with this idea of taking turns to do MDTs is a genius.
