Sorry for not making match threads the past couple of games. Was in the hospital for a couple of days. Feeling better now though.

I would rest players. I cannot see Ludogorets getting a result at PSG and even for the team who does finish top, they could still get Bayern or Real. We have some really important PL fixtures coming up over a busy part of the season.

 

Yeah I'm feeling better now. Had a throat infection so had to stay in the hospital for a few days but doctors said I should be fine now.

I expect Wenger will start a really strong squad and we will be jaded for the game on the weekend.

 

I don't blame him. Imagine if we field a weaker squad and draw and PSG end up losing, everyone would want Wenger's head. Better to win this game at all costs.

Wenger is damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. He's been criticised before for fielding weakened teams before when we've already qualified and then ended up 2nd. Although it's an outside chance, we still have to approach the game as if we are aiming for top spot.

 

It's unlikely we are gonna top the group now.

I would keep Ozil and Sanchez on the bench, I would probably rest Monreal too. We should still be strong enough to beat Basil and can always bring them on if we are struggling.

As predicted there's very little rotation with our forward line. This is EXACTLY why we have a dip in November and in Feb/March.
