Charlie - no problem - things have gone badly wrong in my life - earlier this year my wife had major surgery to remove a 3 and a half kilo tumour and two weeks ago we learnt the cancer had returned - hence I dropped out as Mod and then from the site for a bit. We are waiting for results of latest tests - but I think the pressure got to me and I got a gastro-enteritis virus which also caused a massive allergic reaction and ended up at hospital - unable to sleep or anything - so yesterday I am not really sure what I was saying - if I was rude to you anywhere then I really apologise - I honestly felt I was in a sort of dream / nightmare. I will probably have to repeat this apology to many others :(

All the best - I enjoy reading your views

That sounds like quite a book! I got Luther to sign my vintage shirt at a charity match. I hadn't told my Dad where we were going but told him to wear a Watford shirt, I wore one and my eldest son wore one. When he was announced we went "LLLOOOOTHHERR!" He was surprised and looked round for where it came from and saw our shirts and he gave us the biggest grin.

The League only takes about an hour a week to run. It takes a couple of hours to get the marking program up and running with no mistakes and the arrangement of different pages and their hyperlinks, but once that's done it's not that bad. Hornette TID, Norway and bhd are the real hard workers!

Hey, Thanks for the message. Its been a pleasure to organise the league and hopefully as a group we can win some good prizes.

I see you are a retired police officer. Have you any tips for me?? lol.

    Team you support?:
    Watford FC
I have been a Watford Supporter since I was 9 years old. Even when I moved to Kent in the60's, 70's & 80's I used to go to all of the Watford Home games and as many of the away games as possible. With the arrival of a family I attended when I could, my eldest son is a Hornet but sadly my youngest is a Gooner.
