Please god, I've never asked for anything...but if you can stop Holloway being our next manager I'll never ask for anything again.

Why ? its my opinion I don't want him at our club, he hasn't learned lessons from his failure to keep Blackpool up.

I like Holloway but he's hardly original in his philosophy. Studied Martinez and successfully adopted his style for Blackpool then tweaked it even more so that defensive priorities were non-existent. The result was disastrous as Blackpool were found out defensively come January and the rest his history.

In my opinion we've progressed beyond that.

    Poyet or Laudrup please. :)

I think we'll land up with Poyet, but would love to have Laudrup at the club, how about you canaries ?

Wow defensive! Just saying, If you feel passionate about it? I dont think it will be a bad move at all! might get some away wins! Take out the big 3 wins at home and were struggling, big ask to repeat this coming season!

Why not take out all the wins, and maybe all the draws as well and we'd have no points. It's just a silly example and I don't know why you are saying it. We won and will beat some of the top teams next season.

Blackpool left in almost 60 goals last season, we left in 50 in a higher league and had 14 clean sheets, but that was playing teams like man utd and Chelsea et al , I am not convinced he is the man for us.

There's a rumour that Houghton is being interviewed today? He would be my 1st choice so I hope there's legs in this one?
Poyet was on my list as well , but I do just wonder if the step up maybe a season to soon ? But I do think his international career will be a massive plus he could be really good for you!
My main concern now is the Holt scenario , I can't see a way of him being taken back into the fold after slinging
All his toys about !! Will be gutted when he goes, just hope we get silly money so we can buy big?

please please no! the guy has no concept of defence which IMO is more important to staying up that going all out attack....as we all saw with Blackpool's season....buckets full of goals but conceded 4 for every 3 they scored!!

I think Houghton will suit the Canaries.

I agree with Valley & Jackdan in that Holloway has had a go and proved his philosophy doesn't work in the Prem. A weak defence cannot make for a successful team in this League imo.
