The money was raised through an auction of playing shirts worn during our Barclays Premier League fixtures against Southampton and Burnley last November. Each shirt featured a special poppy and was individually signed by the player that wore the shirt.

Supporters had the chance to bid for the shirts online and thanks to a tremendous response the Club has now been able to hand over £4,905 to The Royal British Legion, with the shirts of Tom Huddlestone, Stephen Quinn, Andrew Robertson and Gaston Ramirez attracting the top bids.

We would like to thank everybody that submitted a bid for one of our special shirts and we look forward to raising further funds for this tremendous cause in the future.
