That's the odds Ladbrokes are giving after Joe Ledleys laughable statement, that they have to win the rest of their league games. Bookies Ladbrokes says the chances of that happening are the same as the 10,000-1 on Usain Bolt running 100 metres in nine seconds at the 2012 Olympics. Ladbrokes' Alex Donohue said: "There is more chance of Celtic winning every game than McDonalds scrapping burgers."
Would it not have been funnier if the guy said there was more chance of McDonalds scrapping burgers than Celtic winning every game?
Player in answering question in a postive way shock ! Ledley was asked if Celtic had to win their remaining games in order to win the league. He said yes! You really are a banjo string!
I would not say the League is over yet to be honest. However Celtic fans must be asking questions about Lennons suitability. He is now constantly blaming the players publically and thats hardly going to make them want to perform for them. I think Lennon will be gone before Christmas to be honest. A change of scene may well do him and his family the power of good. I would hate to be involved in the unsavoury side of things in the powderkeg that is Glasgow and indeed The Central Belt. Even though I don't like Neil Lennon I think it would be great for him and his family to have a fresh start away from the insiduous goldfish bowl.
While I don't think Celtic will win their remaining 26 games, I don't think they'll have to. With Naisy out for the rest of the season, and the possibility of Jelavic leaving in January, Rangers could seriously struggle for goals in the 2nd half of the season. Even ignoring any possible points deduction if we go into admin, the league certainly isn't the foregone conclusion that many people seem to think.
Don't fill me with false hope for ****'s sake. I've already resigned myself to the league challenge being over.
This is said by players EVERY TIME their team fall behind early... It's been said by Celtic players and Rangers players However as poor a wum as it is, Medro must be finding it hard to find evil Catholics again, at those odds put me down for a quid
