I think he was unlucky to get a red for it. He kept his feet low. Made no contact. Got the ball. But id say it shows how inconsistent refs are. Because some refs wouldn't even have seen that as a foul yet some feel it is a red.
Really? Well how is it that he didn't get sanctioned for the balls-up he made in our match against Stoke? I've seen far worse challenges that didn't even get a card. No!!!! I'm not missing the point
Of course, what was really priceless was Rooney complaining to the ref, when just a few short weeks earlier he had his England suspension for violent conduct reduced at the behest of th FA
Dangerous, sliding, studs up, down or sideways it dosn't matter, when the scum are in the **** the refs will come and pull them out, note the tackle from behind by Giggs, not even a word, teams have to batter them to get any kind of decisions going their way, at Newcastle last week clear pen not given, fortunately they went on to batter them. It' been going on for years and is now an accepted part of the game that all other teams have to live with, they don't get the same benefits in Euro that's why their track record is poor.
No mention of the decision to NOT give United another clear penalty later? Or would that fact not support the conspiracy theory?
Would have been given if he thought they needed it, was probably ****ting himself in last few mins, prob why only 3min added, would have been 8 other way round.
I think you'll find what happened was the ref gave a 100% and perfectly correct red card, then after the crowd reaction, gave out soft yellows and ignored a blatant penalty in an deliberate effort to help city. If anyone was harshly done by the ref in that match it was united. Keep the conspiracy theories up mind, they don't make you look bitter at all.
Not Bitter, just sad that the 2 best footballing teams this season will probably be cheated out of a chance to win the EPL this year as many others have been before, your whole ****ing club is corrupt, that's not bitter it's fact!
Well according to http://www.debatabledecisions.com/ United and City are equal in terms of favourable/harsh decisions both having more decisions against them. Their "Real" premier league table also had United ahead of City by 4 points before the last games. rightresult.net seems to be down but Id be surprised if it believed United should have less points rather than more. Seems to me that United have been screwed over more than City this season, but hey we don't complain. Leave that sh*t to bitter fans with small club mentalities.
Fergie was also responsible for Tyson biting Holyfield's ear, and the Peter Andre/Katie Price breakup!
