This was my Uni go to: 3 Quality pork sausages Dried Italian mixed herbs 1 Tin of Italian chopped tomatoes Long grain rice or pasta Cut each sausage down the middle then fry both sides in a little olive oil - once the sausages start to caramelise add a small knob of butter and fry for a short while longer - remove sausages from pan and sprinkle the dried Italian herbs into the pan and fry for a little longer until the herbs really flavour the oil. Scape the meat from the sausages back into the pan and if you have any Worcestershire sauce add a splash. (Optional- deglaze of pan with some wine if you have it) add tin of tomatoes and heat until nicely simmering. Season to taste. Serve with rice or pasta Yumminess on a budget and in less than 20 mins
If you follow the recipe the sausage has become a( budget) ragu ... nobody will know you have used sausage
Mate ... I had some pretty good night's after serving that up to the lady students ... most blokes were serving beans on toast or spag bol ... looks way more sophisticated / impressive then the sum of the contents ... garnished with a sprig of parsley
Some of us were too busy getting laid at Uni to be cookin poofy meals in the hope of serenading some Poontang
I’m not good at following recipes or cooking. I don’t understand half the cooking terms. I’ll stick to my bread and jam.
imagine the high end birds you’d impress though scraping out a Richmond and chucking it on some pasta
I’m not academically bright as in it doesn’t come naturally to me...the zest for this structured learning had to graft my bollocks off to get through
You were the dealer masquerading as an ice cream man. Only time I’ve ever seen a dozen people queuing for ice cream in February was at uni.
Im not made for high end types we worlds apart Streetwise chicks for me...not the type that say ‘Yay’ and she’d a tear at Philip Schofield’s plight Silly ****Z
Fair play. It never interested me tbh, I was made to work from the age of 12 doing paper rounds and then up at 4 in the morning from the age of 14 delivering milk. Then had a job before I finished my 4 GCSE’s. Its just the way it was in the home I come from. It got me away from a bullying **** so I never had a problem being out all the time neither mind.
