    He was useless, but he left Ferguson and Shearer out of the sunderland game to play Paul Robinson (not the Leeds keeper) upfront. He dropped Rob Lee from the squad in the summer before that too. That was why he wore the 37 shirt instead of his usual 7 when Robson put him back in. Anyway, he didn't have a clue as a manager and he seemingly went around being a tosspot with the senior players, maybe to try and make them respect him, but it backfired.
