He just left Ferrari too soon...when they just about to make the breakthrough...he should have given it another go. But it's hard to be near to championship cups, but can't get your fingers on them.

 

That's him all over though isn't it ? Impatient . He should have looked at the staff they were bringing in . Great Driver , actually fantastic , but no good at rational decisions ( Just my opinion ) .

 

But was the break through because he left Don't get me wrong I think he is an amazing driver, he seems to be able to extract 0.5sec extra out of a car.
Hindsight is always 20:20 so I can imagine him having difficulty making the decision to leave McHonda tricky in case they come good as he knows how good the chassis is!

 

This is exactly why I think McLaren should think long and hard about doing EVERYTHING they can to appease Alonso , he's just as likely to bugger off if the Renault is not so good .

Sorry Fernando , your 3rd WDC is not going to happen , and in many ways , your impetuousness has not helped !

 

Is there something wrong.with this site? It was down for some hours and then i notice that the usual posters are not posting. Then no one set up the Spa awards thread and there is no prediction thread for the Monza race this weekend...what i going.on? Are some people locked out for some reason? Just seems strange. Can someone explain what is going on?

 

The site was down a lot of Monday , and again earlier this morning . that's all I know .
