Yeah but he takes the free and corners and is on 300k a week.

    That's a problem no doubt.

i can see another problem which is it includes at least 3 players who will not do the donkey work in Mikhi ,Auba and obviously Ozil. Should also point out Koscielny seems to be rapidly declining force.

Torreira is a really decent player but the rest are underwhelming.

yes. I am.not quite sure who emry will start with so I guessed the team.

you would be saying then that top 4 won't be easy challenge for them next season?

don't think it will be easy for anyone .
Both Chelsea & Arsenal will be desperate to get back into CL as the longer they miss out the greater the long term financial hit in terms of commercial revenue & exposure. Arsenal going forward will be dangerous but it depends if Emery has shored up the defence enough and instilled a better work ethic in the team. Chelsea presumably win the league the meltdown next year and sack whoever they got round to appointing as manager.
From a Spurs pov i would worry about the financial constraints due to new stadium plus the effect of WC duty will have taken on their squad. For us biggest worry has to be GK and possibly lack of quality cover upfront.
I know i said it won't be easy for anyone but tbh cannot see either Manc team miss out unfortunately.

I think the fact that there are at least six teams capable of challenging for the top four places makes the league much more exciting.

Chelsea have spent £85m in sacking managers since Abramovich took over.

    for me...

    Chelsea are under pressure.

conte out might keep players but it's going to be tough for new guy for 3 or 4 months and that could be enough to put them behind in the race.

arsenal... are they under pressure? if it were us the answer would be no but they sacked Wenger to win league apparently... so meet needs to see instant improvement.

spurs could well hit the wall later in year but I would expect them to dump all cups and focus only on 4th as per.

as for us? lots of questions to answer. 2 goals per game conceded v top half? can salah score 40 goals again?

    Disagree with most of this.

Chelsea are under pressure and have done zero business. At the moment it's a mess.

Arsenal i don't think are under pressure. Yes they want to win the league but they know realistically they are no way near. The fans wanted Wenger gone because the club was regressing and they wanted a change. I'm pretty sure they'll give emery some time as they know their squad isn't in the best shape. How well they'll do is a different matter but you can be sure that the players won't be taking it so easy under Emery compared to Wenger.

I reckon Spurs wall will be the beginning of the season, the usual faffing around for transfers, players back from world cup late and new stadium. Traditionally they have **** starts as well so i'm expecting more of the same.

You guys, i think you are title contenders if the players remain fit. You'd be far closer though if you ditch karius

    which part?

Are you under pressure or not? you didn't make any comment there. You've a new manager just as preseason starts and no signings. Hazard speculation is there and willian is being bid on. You have however seemed to have poached jorginho out form under city.

On arsenal my point is merely their fans expectations may lead to pressure on the players and new man.

I dunno about spurs you could be right. It could be christmas, it could be end of year with kane and alli especially as they never rest them.

I agree on karius personally but thats the way it goes with LFC I'm not sure we will ditch the guy.
