No. Chelsea at 5/1 preseason after showing a mean defence and a cl win was a good punt. Lfc who cannot defend against the top half teams at 4/1 is a bad punt. The fact that city with not striker is at such short odds is stupid. Chelsea at 9/4 still offer some value despite being massive favourites at this point.
If you want to waste money, yeah. We aren't winning the league, we doing alright so far but not great, still got January to come though #doomed
Itll be fine. Theres zero expectation of anything but 4th about the club just like arsenal.under Wenger. We are full on develop and coddle young players mode as well. Theres no hunger, The big trophy was won.
That was somewhat excusable last season, but not this. In football terms, by the time this season ends, our title will be ancient history. We don't want to slip and become another United with all our success in the past.
Shank used to throw the medals in a box on the dressing room table and say take one if you think you deserve one and get down to business. last year is ancient history. Man utd have already repeated their own ancient history by becoming an irrelevance in title talk. It only remains to be seen if they beat their own 26 year record between titles.

I'd hazard a guess it's because more people are betting on them. Seriously, City have the recent pedigree. I'd agree with you that Chelsea are looking by far the best bet atm, but it's not certain that they can maintain it under Mr. Tickle whereas we know City will just keep on going.
Yes you are right city are just one of those sides that can flat track bully. Chelsea will probably go lose to ronaldo utd this weekend coming just to prove a point.
Honestly I don't think any team represents a good bet now. Chelsea obviously have a good cushion and look good, but odds not really worth the risk. City could well win the title but they shouldn't really look favourites. Wasted money bet. They didn't buy enough £100mil+ players this summer.
10k on cheslea woul have retruned 50k before now it will return over 20k. license to print money for the pros.
having watched a bit of utd floundering about v villareal I have to say cheslea really ought to rip them apart. If mr carrick continues to park 3 blockers in front of slab head and slab head is got to just head it away or hoof it then a draw might be possible i suppose but chelsea ought to be red hot favourites.
Oh yeah!!!! I suppose man utd will win then given both absolute numb nuts will be out. No shaw, no maguire and that's 70% of their issues.
