Our threads crossed COYW, so I've moved my post to here - "Everton or could still be Stevenage who they are struggling to beat tonight. However Fellani has just scored so it's looking like The Toffees, Just pleased that at long last we have a home tie. PS Some terrific other ties, meaning that a lot of the big boys will drop at the next hurdle. No, must not count chickens...one step at a time!!!"
I don't see Everton as the same team as when Moyes was in charge. Hopefully by the time we play them Fellaini and Baines aren't in the squad any longer and the team is weakened. It's by no means a certainty but I have some confidence we could beat them at the Cottage.
Everton Fc have confirmed that the game will be played (at Craven Cottage obviously) on Tuesday 24th August, kick off 8pm.
