From what I have read on this I think Derby should have any sanction applied in this current season. Not ended yet as playoffs still to be decided.

My gut feeling is that the EFL will fudge it though and apply any sanction for next season. If the EFL don’t fudge it the lawyers will be in a happy place!

 

I think rightly , or not , any points deduction will apply next season. Personally I think it should apply immediately and they should be relegated, but I can’t see it happening.

 

Your'e quite right it's what they did Sheff Wednesday, so there is a precedent.

 

Let's hope it's next season, we may need that buffer the way we finished this season.....

 

Hopefully the guilty party's will be gone before the season starts and good fecking riddance, some of them have been a disgrace.

forgot about Sheff wed getting 6pt deduction could have/ should have been Derby as well! give them 12 points they gambled on promotion and lost ...deter others ….

 

When you consider how the EFL shat all over small club Wigan last season and rolled over for big clubs Sheffield Wednesday and Derby, it stinks, I hope Derby get everything that they deserve.
