    The comments are funny as ****! I doubt very much he's come here for the wages, we all know Ashley won't break the bank. **** Liverpool, I honestly thought he was going there and was a bit gutted but now I'm over the knot end!

    "Reports emerged on Friday that Marveaux had failed his medical at Anfield, but he confirmed this was not the case."

    Think I read somewhere he said he'd be happy to take a medical in front of journalists to get rid of the rumour. Seems confident enough to me!
