Its back to Adams Park for our heroes after doing the old enemy on Saturday with the visit of the Railwaymen who's defence was put through the grater at the weekend well and truly shredded also they finding it just as tough at the other end having only scored 10 goals this season and 5 of them came in one game against the Spireites but we are not pulling up any trees at AP but then again nor were we this time last year. Dom Gape, Blooms, PCH and Josh U are all hoping to return to the squad but this game is likely to have come to soon and Gaz will have to toss that coin again to see if its AEA or Dan Scarr to partner Anthony Stewart. I'm off to the south coast for a few days for the same reason as this time last year so can't make this one but I am hoping it goes along the same lines as 12 months ago with a comfortable home win
Why it could all go wrong 1. It's a Tuesday night 2. Crewe lost 5-0 on Saturday 3. We expect to win This all adds up to a disappointing 1-1 or 1-2 with a goal conceded in injury time. Very tempted to bet on Crewe at 18/5
I assume it would make a difference if they travelled down last night or today. Does anyone know? If I remember correctly we started to improve after we being to travel the day before.
That is an attacking line up, surprised Stewart is on the bench. We need to score early to settle any nerves.
29: Wanderers lead! CMS latches onto Akinfenwa's flick-on, rounds the keeper, takes an age to convert but it's there! 1-0
