16 minute documentary Harry Kane: Record Breaker: Haven't watched it yet, so I've no idea if it features Roy Castle. Probably not.
1. I don't hate xG. I merely do not use measures that I cannot reasonably compute myself from "first principles" . 2. I don't suppose that bar chart is in spreadsheet or "screen scrape"-able form. 3. On Kane in particular : by that chart ... In only ONE of 9 consecutive seasons, 2018-19, has he had a negative xG measure ( < -17% ) . And he scored 17 goals regardless (see below) . As I have said before, it doesn't matter how you "slice and dice" the stats for Kane, he always comes out as an elite level goalscorer.
Kane is only the third player in Premier League history - after Sergio Aguero and Alan Shearer - to hit 20 top-flight goals in six separate seasons.
Kane has to leave Spurs - simple as. Look ar Gareth Bale - he won a trophy of some sort in 13 of the 14 seasons after he left Spurs. The one that he did not win a trophy in was the season that he was loaned back to Spurs.
Smog & pea souper fogs ended 50 years ago when coal fires were ended. Lovely fresh air now, especially in Harrys area.
Isn't that an area permanently coated in a thick, suffocating fug because apparently the city is brilliant as The Smiths once wrote a half-decent album...?
