They publish lies, half truths and deliberate deceptions every day, of course. The tabloids do anyway, probably not so much the New York Times. But before publishing very specific detail about the tax affairs of the most powerful man in America, I think they’d have made pretty damn sure of the strength of their case. And they will certainly have consulted their lawyers first.
I bought a copy when I was in New York. But they have this thing called the Internet now, so it’s quite easy to read the NYT and the Washington Post without going to a newsstand on 42nd and Broadway, buddy.
So you don't read it regularly then. I mean, wow, thanks for informing us all about what you can peruse on the internet, doesn't mean you read it. ****wit.
You are coming across as an unemployed, sanctimonious, whining, virus-****ebag. Would one be correct?
I don’t read the Bible regularly either, but I know what’s in it. You should probably read it yourself, might come in handy where you’ll soon be going.
Definitely not unemployed. As for that other stuff, are you familiar with the expression “if you spot it, you’ve got it”?
You would certainly think he would at least put the wheels in motion to sue, with the election coming up. Then when/if he wins that he can withdraw it or carry on with suing. Is accusing somebody of tax avoidance even an offence? What would he be suing them for? Defamation of character?
I would assume so ...if they are go to! Trumps press folk have said not all points printed as factual . Not denied specifics. The NY times will not have made it up and have been quoted as saying they have a source . I would assume they have had the source fact checked etc . If factual, having someone who loses millions every year and is in debt to the tune 300 million being the front man for the ‘American dream’ seems a bit ****ed . Trumps business dealings have always been allegedly “shady”, everyone was aware, this just shines a bigger light on it .
He has said that his debt is very small compared to his assets. All rich people/businesses have debt. You take a loan at 5% and stick all the money into something that guarantees 7% or whatever.
Newspaper ****ers and their sources!! Utter ****. ****ing name them then you ****ing lily livered pinkie commies. Not got the guts to. I have a source that says The Queen is in fact a robot. That's the truth but don't ask me to name my source.
I think if you stack the supreme court judges in your favour you can do anything you want, just saying.
Probably not actually, and the only thing keeping the orange **** out of gaol is the fact he’s still Pres. Unless he dies in office, the best he can hope for is a pardon from his successor, like Nixon got from Gerald Ford. Ford was Nixon’s VP though, Trump probably won’t have that luxury when he quits office.
