Popped up in my YouTube suggestions. I felt I had to share this, in particular to the new generation, and also to the nostalgic dirty old sods.

A Group of guys, all turning 40, discussed where they should meet for lunch.
Finally it was agreed that they would meet at Wetherspoons in
Uxbridge because the waitresses had big breasts and wore mini-skirts.

Ten years later, at age 50, the friends once again discussed where
they should meet for lunch. Finally it was agreed that they would meet
at Wetherspoons in Uxbridge because the waitresses were attractive.
The food and service was good and the beer selection was excellent.

Ten years later, at age 60, the friends again discussed where they
should meet for lunch. Finally it was agreed that they would meet at
Wetherspoons in Uxbridge because there was plenty of parking, they
could dine in peace and quiet with no loud music, and it was good
    value for money.

Ten years later, at age 70, the friends discussed where they should
meet for lunch. Finally it was agreed that they would meet at
Wetherspoons in Uxbridge because the restaurant was wheelchair
accessible and had a toilet for the disabled.

Ten years later, at age 80, the friends discussed where they should
meet for lunch. Finally it was agreed that they would meet at
Wetherspoons in Uxbridge because they had never been there before.

A pie is defined as something edible (preferably) entirely encased in pastry.

Anything else is not a pie.

This is not my definition. It was one of Plato's Theory of eternal Forms I believe.

I’m sorry to dispute this theory but what about a Shepherds or a Cottage Pie? There isn’t any pastry in sight yet for the last multiple decades of my life they have meant exactly what they are...... Discuss :emoticon-0138-think:emoticon-0138-think

    Depends on ingredients
You can’t get decent shepherds or cottages to make them out of nowadays

Would the cottage pie be classed as non-meat based?

That would depend on whether you wanted Organic Shepherds or cottages.... I think non organic would be freely available and probably have a little more taste. I’m not sure i could tell the difference between an organic cottage or a non organic cottage to be honest, but then I’m sure organic bricks or whatever they use would be very expensive.... just for the fact they have Organic in the name
