Some thieving smoggy **** has had my motorbike away, was visiting a mate in Middlesbrough hospital and it was parked in their parking. Gone within 30 minutes, the 5th bike in 3 days from there. Bastards.
Yes, if Betelgeuse goes supernova, there'll be nobody left to worry about climate change, and no Earth either.
Bingo ! There's one in every crowd... I was thinking one star closer please log in to view this image
Gutted for you BT, I've never had a bike nicked just one time had a pair of carbs ripped out - scum isn't a strong enough word to describe these people. I hope karma pays them back in spades.
Betelgeuse will go supernova but probably not for another 100,000 years. It's at least 500 light years away so there'll be minimal effect on the Earth when it does blow, though it will be bright enough to be visible during the day for a few months. At 88 light years, the nearest red giant to Earth is currently Gacrux, a star visible from the Southern Hemisphere.
My old memory, unless it's playing tricks again, seems to recall you were a BMW man? This popped into my YouTube feed today - it's pretty good ...
They always make it look so easy. I'd have rounded bolts, mucky bits and scratches all over it, and it'd never run again.
