seems there's some fit issue with parts going up. I'm expecting word shortly that this whole build is going to miss its timing. there's seems no urgency at all on site and the cladding company has gone dormant again
the club are putting this out due to the fact mr drone has people taking phone vids inside now and 4 or 5 drovers are over flying the build constantly and some break very rule going. https://www.liverpoolfc.com/news/anfield-road-stand-update-development-latest-and-first-look-inside BTW this was shot last week so a lot of progress has already occurred. I think it shows they will do well to be ready for August, I think a lot of finishing of the area will be left for a few months after imo
https://www.thisisanfield.com/2023/...starting-away-solar-panels-and-finding-seats/ supposedly going to be done end of July.
the second half of the roof comes off tomorrow. the first half is already trashed and the cranes have been moved about to do the next lift. the stubby part left will be lifted out vertically at the side out to the car park.
there is some new and rumours of a months delay guys, I was resisting posting the actual latest files of what this looks like today as its just close to actually looking half compelte A months delay will be absolutely disasterous.
maybe so. Its apparently "formal notification" which coudl well mean legal contract issues on bonuses get triggered
they have also done something very very very cheeky and appli3d fir the stadium license include alch9l license for every night up to regular bar closing times and on weekend a like a night club. they are basically going to close every bar in the area betweent hat an opening all hours for restaurants they place will kill every hospitality going.
surely the people using the stadium facilities are there for events being held there or one off visits as i'm i would rather use a normal bar than one in a football ground for a normal night out .
makes sense to me. they might be wanting to hold it open after every game and that's Monday through Sunday at this point in time some folk might be happy sat boozing for an hour or 3 before making their way home at their leisure rather than be in the crowds I suppose.
ah yes there is that in fact aren't Everon relying on the home fans staying in when Bramley Dock finally opens
probably. there's absolutely nothing down there so far so I'd presume someone will want to run buses out of there late and out of anfield late as well if they have any sense. the thing is we are seeing the club build a massive facility and big fan zone so I'm sure they want to exploit it as much as humanly possible. but... it will kill every chipper and boozer in the area potentially.
