Platini said himself that religion and politics should be kept out of football.

I never realised Robbie Williams was quite so militant.

Medro, I genuinely think you need to find something better to worry about. Get some perspective.

From a Rangers fan? The only time Rangers kept religion out of football was when they had a policy of not signing Catholic players.

Rangers had Catholics playing for them before Celtic were even formed <doh>

Yeah from a Rangers fan. IRA chanting and displays like this is the norm now with Celtic.

Like I said Platini said keep politics and religion out of football.

Yeah they didn't sign catholics from around the 50s to the 80s. That policy has been abandoned 25 years ago. How is that relevant to the topic in question?

I'm sure not every celtic fan wants this rammed down their throats either.

Around the same time as Celtic fans pelted Mark Walters with bananas.

You trying to say nothing has changed in that time.

    Take your blinkers off!

The IRA are in government in Northern Ireland and hold the Mayorship of both Belfast and Derry, and Medro's more worried about some Celtic supporters holding up a Sun banner with no political slogans <whistle>

The IRA are still militant and have been responsible for the murders of 2 soldiers and a policeman in recent times.

But you lads don't want to seem to recognise this garbage going on at your games on a regular basis.

    Platini said it.

Your saying the Provisional movement, which you claim use this sunburst symbol, carried out these killings of policemen? You know the answer, you're just spouting the usual bullshit propaganda which is convincing no one but yourself.

The British Army are still militant and were complicit in the invasion and torture of Iraqi citizens in the last few years, yet Rangers invite them round for tea and biscuits three times a year.

No I said the IRA, meaning real, continuity, they're all the same to me.

Comparing the national army of democratic society with an illegal terrorist organisation.

Why not address the issue. Platini wants this garbage cut out.
