It was reported as, "He came from Real Madrid, he hates the ****ing yids".

As a Jew, I don't find this in the least bit offensive.

 

I find it offensive in that its dumb as ****, and I hold people to a higher standard.

If he actually hated Spurs, or had some high profile falling out with them in the past, then it would be witty, but just because Yid and Madrid rhymn, it's ****ing stupid.

Come to think of it, most chants are ****ing stupid.
Chants should be banned unless they are quality controlled by the clubs.
Only officially authorised chants are allowed, or you are ejected from the stadiums.....
