    Fair play to him, I once corrected him on his statistics about police shootings in America and he did admit he was wrong, so who knows but these are facts I'm quoting, so he'd be very daft to argue.

    The fundamental differences between left-wing and right-wing ideologies center around the the rights of individuals vs. the power of the government. Left-wing beliefs are liberal in that they believe society is best served with an expanded role for the government. People on the right believe that the best outcome for society is achieved when individual rights and civil liberties are paramount and the role — and especially the power — of the government is minimized.

    These political dramas tend to go on for a season or so to long and they get a bit bogged down with a bad script and tend to lose audience share ;)

    So in your mind, every non-US citizen living in the USA is a "plastic yank".

    So by your warped logic, Jesse Marsch is a "plastic Yorkshireman", right ?

    So where were you born, and where do you live now lying Olof ?

    Yes, it was Astle that scored.

    And the pitch invasion happened after Leeds had a "goal" that was ruled offside.

    Nope, you are confused.

    People on the left politically, believe in an equal share of political power - as explained, representative democracy is the best model for this at national level
    Naturally, greater rights and liberties come along with a greater share of political power.
    People on the right politically, believe in political power concentrated in one man (dictatorship/monarchy) or a few men (oligarchy).

    In a democracy, most believe in it as a model of government - perhaps some changes in detail - like a Constitutional Republic versus a Constitutional Monarchy
    (Constitutional Monarchy/Republic means it's a democracy)

    So in a democracy, the only real differences are economic in nature and regard the distribution of wealth (including the ownership of the means to its production)
    There are no real political differences between the British Labour and Conservative party - only economic ones.

    Liberal = less rules restrictions
    Conservative = more rules/restrictions.

    Rogger want a fishy

    You can tell that the whole left versus right wing debate has gone way over Rogger's head.
