The attendance thread for Burton, along with clearly decreasing attendances, has me wondering to what actual percentage the Allam effect is having on our crowds. I realise that it would be only a small sample but it would be great, and possibly quite revealing, if every one of our members would cast their vote. You know me, I don't ask for much, but please vote (not for Bob) and let's see. Also, no slating each other, please, just vote honestly. Finally, Lambo, Dutch, I've never attempted to post a poll before, if I've ****ed it up (likely on the iPad) please sort for me.
I need a third option 'I was a goer but boycotted until I moved too early and rebought a goer ticket again when the Chinese sale was going through and now I've stayed going but could well decide to boycott again the rate things are going' (I appreciate that might not get too many votes)
The Allams may on paper own Hull City , but it's the fans who are the club . We have had some right Charleys as owners but none have stopped me from going . The sooner they sell the better though .
Should put an option in for those who still go because they have no problem with The Allams , like that Fergus clown on Twitter
It's not all about the Allams leaving - I went during the name change row, stopped buying club stuff, protested etc; the straw that broke the camels back (for me) was the membership scheme. I refuse to get one while kids and oaps are subsidising it, for me to contemplate returning the owners (whoever they are) would have to reinstate concessions, give the option of buying a season ticket/membership in one go and restore the clubs name. I know lots of good lads are still going, I'm just a queer ****er.
Also need a 3rd option but for a different reason. I'm partly an a) but a b), as I now pick and choose and don't have that burning desire to have to be there like before, because the ****s have ripped the soul out of the club for me. Edit: 5th option
To be fair there could have lots of other options but I was just interested to see what impact some of the Allam's actions over the last few years have had on our support, and before one of the usual suspects jump in I do realise that those actions include owning the club whilst promotions have occurred, this only makes it more damning that we've enjoyed probably our best decade ever in terms of success whilst the Allam's appear to have been too dim to prosper from it.
Can you add an option..... I was a goer and then boycotted for two seasons....but Saturday afternoons were losing their purpose, and we all missed meeting up for a pint......so am now back as a goer and a loud protester from within enemy lines.
We could almost be at the point where Boothferry Park would be big enough again for our league crowds. Hows that for progress you pair of dimwitted thundercunts.
I'm there, but I'm going to listen to Viking, then ring Humberside to tell them all about the game...after telling them that I wasn't there and listened to it on Viking.
David Lloyd - The people of Hull are crap.....still living in the dark ages......no more golden eggs...?????????
That's true enough.....you have to laugh don't you with our club......the measurement scale to determine a bad owner is whether or not they have wanted you dead..........only in Hull
