Just the small matter of a top four/CL place contest.

Didn't even bother watching, couldn't be arsed, better things to do like pay the bill for this year's boat de-fouling and servicing. Costly, but not as painful as watching us play at the moment.

Spoiler - we lost again .

 

I saw the middle 40 minutes.

Some very odd decisions. The ref seemed the let VAR ref it for him. They couldn't wait to give a pen when they realised Arsenal's second goal was off side.

Ronaldo's off side goal was level, since when was that given to the defending side?

That all said, Fernandes cost us the game.

We were way on top when he missed that penalty and, had he scored, I'm confident we'd have won.

He sat the keeper down then ****ing missed the target, ridiculous really.

Couple of observations; Lindelof is still ****e with Varane alongside him, he should have picked Maguire.

Telles is ****ing diabolical as a defender and Shaw needs to come back next season fit and ready.

And we quite obviously need a new centre midfield pairing.

Ok, keep Fred, but McSpoofer isn't ever going to be good enough alongside him and Matic can't leave soon enough.

Funny that he’s the one who’s requesting his teammates to look at themselves in the mirror.

 

Fair enough, doesn't make him good enough though.

Hides on the pitch too much, maybe he should also have a quick glance at himself once in a while.

That said, he's young and could grow into a more dominant force. Maybe.
