    Team News:

Hector Bellerin has added to Emery's injury concerns and will be out for "weeks" with a calf injury.

The full-back joins Konstantinos Mavropanos (groin), Rob Hoding (knee), Danny Welbeck (ankle) and Emile Smith Towe (groin) on the sidelines, although Shkodran Mustafi (thigh) and Sead Kolasinac (thigh) are battling back to try and be fit in time.

Tottenham are no better off with Eric Dier (appendx surgery), Mousa Dembele (foot), Victor Wanyama (knee), Jan Vertonghen (thigh) and Vincent Janssen (ankle) out of action.

Juan Foyth (thigh), Serge Aurier (groin) and Davinson Sanchez (thigh) are all on the mend and could play a part.

Iwobis good run of form has certainly ended. Barely noticed him at all this half.

You cant tell me Ozil wouldnt be useful to bring on at this point?

He's not even on the bench ahead of Nketiah and Willock!

Not really fussed about losing this one. We don't have the squad to compete in all these competitions anymore and sp*rs will bottle it when it counts anyway.

Also dont really care about this competition, and Im pretty sure spurs wont win it either.

More annoyed that we played more or less our first string team, and now they are all going to be tired when the fixtures come thick and fast.

Never nice losing to Spurs in any game, but if there was one game I didn't mind losing to them as in as much, it was this one. Said before that Premier League and Europa have to be priorities.

We are getting injuries every game and a congested fixture list would do us no favours with how small our squad is looking right now.

Disappointing performance, and we bottled some big chances, but that's just the way it goes sometimes.

Really hope we aren't too fatigued for Saturday. Burnley is a must win game if it wasn't already. Then Brighton away after that.

    6 points are needed.

We were very flat tonight. Spurs deserved to win tbh, but as much as I hate losing to them, this one just felt like the poor sequel to the main event of a couple of weeks ago. Not really that bothered about going out of the Carabao cup. Like Brunel says, we've got mounting injuries and we need to stay fresh for the League and Europa cup. Also the 3rd round of the FA cup comes up soon after Xmas.

I wish that fan who threw the bottle at Alli, would target his vitriol on someone more deserving!! Let´s start venting our anger at the likes of Rees-Mogg, Boris Johnson, Gove, Fox and the other Tories at a match instead.

Would most Arsenal fans would prefer Spurs to win the Caribou than either Chelsea or City? As both have won it enough in recent years so let´s another club muscle in on the trophy-winning scene.

I feel your pain! Now go and win the Europa League. It will be difficult but do-able. and will give the club confidence to go and win trophies with more status.

Just a reminder that I hate Dele Alli and that he's a massive ****er.

Is there honestly a footballer right now that is more detestable than that piece of ****?

One thing that is abundantly clear is that our wide options are not good enough.

There are teams in the bottom half of the table who have better wingers than we do. Iwobi just isn't cutting it at the moment and Mkhitaryan, though he works hards, isn't a great finisher.

Look at the difference between Son and Lucas yesterday. Got in behind our high line several times and really stretched a poor back 3.

Unfortunately, we don't really have anyone else to replace Iwobi and Micky right now, so we have little choice but to play them. Emile Smith Rowe looks like he can be that player, but he's injured at the moment, annoyingly.

Cannot wait for Reiss Nelson to come back next season. He has raw speed, is technically gifted and is composed in front of goal.

I'd see if we could perhaps get one more wide player in the Summer as well if we can.
