Off Topic Beardsley Found Guilty By F.A.

Peter Beardsley has been banned from football after being found guilty by The FA.

The former Newcastle star was found guilty by The FA on all three charges relating to his time at St James Park coaching young players.

The decision comes fully 20 months after Peter Beardsley was first put on gardening leave in January 2018 when the allegations were first made.

Beardsley is banned from all football and football-related activity by The FA for 32 weeks, until 29 April 2020.

 

Well it was always going to come out when the club line after nearly a year and a half internal investigation as follows and the FA decided to look into it:
Newcastle United official statement – 6 March 2019

“Newcastle United can confirm that Peter Beardsley is no longer employed by the club.

“We are grateful for the contribution Peter has given over the years as a player, coach and ambassador and we wish him well for the future.

“The club will make no further comment at this time.”

Makes you worry about what the HMRC investigation will come out with when that is reported on. Gone very quiet on that front...

 

That has gone quiet.... also they're investigating Mitro's transfer again (Belgium) and Fat mike was hit with that massive bill for Sports Direct from Belgian authorities, thats some coincidence.
