We've been lucky enough to have some fantastic 'world class' players play for us in the past 10 years, from the bottom of League 1 up to the lofty heights of 6th place in the Premier League and European football. Equally...there's been a LOT of dross. Having just listened to the latest episode of @TotalSaintsPod (not sponsored) I thought it might be fun to bring their discussion here. Which Saints players would make your team of the decade (that's best players not favourite)? And the best manager to manage them? And Which Saints players would make your worst team of the decade? And the worst manager to manage them? I'll leave the criteria up to you as there are different leagues to juggle with here. As Glen said, the likes of Jos Hooiveld were bought for the Championship and were very good for us at that level but then very poor at PL level. Though let's face it, we're spoiled for choice at CB for worst player of the decade...
Back four of Clyne - Alderweireld - Van Dijk - Bertrand all at their peak would be disgusting. Then whack Lallana, Mane, Lambert, Schneiderlin and a few others in and we've got a good chance of doing a Leicester. Oh wait...
.... Artur Boruc Clyne.... Hooiveld .... Fonte .... Dan Harding Chamberlain .... Schneiderlin .... Lallana Long .... Lambert .... Mane Subs; Super Kelv, Pelle, Tadic, Chaplow, Guly, Yoshida, Dean Hammond Okay, that's not the best. It's the ones I have enjoyed watching the most.

I think there’s probably more chance of variety in the worst team because we’ve had so many stinkers. Sadly you could easily include a lot of the current crop.
Best team: Forster Clyne Van Dijk Alderweireld Bertrand Lallana Schneiderlin Wanyama Tadic Mane Pelle I hate leaving Rickie out but I think Pelle was the better player. If it was favourite team Rickie would be first name on the team.
