Flipper (1996 version), Bend it like Beckham. Makes my eyes water every time. In fact my wake instructions include one to have Bend it like Beckham on continuous loop.
BTTF 1 to 12 are great. 13 was a turkey. 14 to 26 are meh. 27 was a return to form. After that they were all watchable. Until BTTF 37 obvs. That changed the ****ing world, as we all know.
Actually The Sting today Redford & Newman 70s blue-eyed Hollywood star vehicle Strong supporting cast, soundtrack and villains- as- heroes story.
Would have been preferable Not quite sure whether I liked the Platform or not. One of the those films you think you’re not enjoying but can’t take your eyes off
The old British war films with John Mills, Richard Attenbrough, Jack Hawkins etc. Used to love watching those on a Sunday years ago.
