Christ some strange ones today no wonder the betting firms are rolling in it.
I'm getting worse each week lol

I can recommend matched betting. Back and lay your bets for guaranteed profit.

 

Do you need free bets to make it work? I used to find the odd arbitrage, but the margins were generally so low and the stakes not that great that it wasn't that profitable and was a quick way to get your account restricted on sport.

I'm pretty much gone from all the bigger firms and the smaller ones aren't usually worth the effort. Not used VBet since end of 2019 and the jokers sent me the following yesterday-

 

I gave arbing a go a few years ago through Rebel Bet. Yes a guaranteed profit but a huge outlay to make just a few quid, and ended up having accounts limited by the likes of PP, Ladbrokes, WH etc that eventually made placing the arb impossible. Only ones I could use for arbing were Coral alongside Pinnacle and then they withdrew from operating in the UK

Total waste of time. Still limited to this day by the major bookies because of it. Luckily I could still carry on with normal betting with Bet365 till they limited me last year, and as you know I now stick to the Exchanges.

Matched betting? Yes I believe you need free bets to make it work but it looks like you really need to put in a lot of hours to make it work. Cba with it tbh.

 

Feel like theirs less choice out there now with all the mergers. Ladbrokes the same as coral, paddy same as betfair sportsbook but with worse odds. So they've definitely become more boring/efficient.
Back in the good days when Hills/coral/paddys didn't price no goalscorer correctly for weak teams-



The above were Ladbrokes shop bets. They were class as you'd just go online see what max bet was, ask for it in shop and they wouldn't phone trader. Hills likewise with their SSBT's, only the match result odds would be at poor prices, rest would be same as website.

Coral would probably phone trading team if you asked to use the toilet let alone place a bet

 

Free bets are a big part of it particularly if signing up to a new bookie account. But price boosts are a regular daily occurence such as Sky Bet today offer Ronaldo to have one or more shot on target vs Everton at decimal odds of 2 with max £10 stake. So I have backed this then gone into Matchbook which is an exchange and layed that bet off for £13.33 at odds of 1.5 giving liabilty of £6.67 which covers the outcome of the back bet not happening. As a result it doesn't matter what the outcome is as I win either way.

If Ronnie has one shot on target I win at the bookies £10 X 2 = £20 less stake of £10 = £10 net profit. On the lay stake I lose the liabilty amount so my overall profit is £10 from bookie less lay liability £6.67 = £3.33.

If Ronnie doesn't get a shot on target I lose my £10 stake but on my lay bet I gain the lay stake of £13.33 so my overall profit is still £3.33.

It is not a get rich scheme but absolutely works. I started in December last year and am about to reach £5k profit.
