Communist You utterly clueless little prick, you haven’t got a clue about my beliefs. Go lace some trainers you pointless little squirt. I rarely touch a drop these days either thanks all the same.
No, thats because you turn into a ****ing retard every time someone challenges something you say and just start frothing like a little man-bitch, just as you have done today, you went from cordial and polite to rude and retarded within 3 posts
Was a decent conversation until that poison dwarf @Tobes showed up and pulled his usual party piece. ****.

Nobody on here really knows the reasons behind why there aren't more black managers, but the fact is there is a proportional disparity. As someone posted earlier, look at the applications and compare success rates for whites against success rates for blacks. One thing though, is the naivety of someone saying Club owners and CEOs wouldn't discriminate against blacks because they're only interested in money. It's not the case they're all necessarily sitting there saying to themselves "oh no, keep those blacks out of here!" Such a low-level understanding of racism ffs. Ironically it could very well be the case they are afraid of risking their money and future revenue by hiring against the grain and instead going for what they perceive to be the "safe option". The vast majority of tried and tested proven managers are white, so why risk going with a black one? Not how I think but I can see that being one contributing factor. It's still discrimination but not your typical burning crosses on the lawn type ffs.
Excellent point. At my club they were taken to a tribunal becasue a black player accused us of racism. He won at the tribunal but on a technicality, hence not racism. Basically we didn't dot the i's and cross the t's properly in his dismissal, and we all know that is a minefield for companies that don't have a good HR department or inexperienced managers. So it didn't surprise me when my club fell into that trap. He was sacked because he didn't come into work that day, despite living at a guess a mile away, maybe two from the ground. A physically fit player. I actually remember that day, because I was stuck for hours, but I still made it to work, many, many more miles than the player had to on foot. Ask any supporter he was a lazy fooker, but he played the race card and won.
Sol Campbell accused Sunderland fans of racially abusing him. When pushed on the subject his story was all over the place. The time he claimed it happened we weren't even in the same league as the horrible ****.
