    Bob Willis has passed away. Great bowler in his day and a very knowledgeable and entertaining TV pundit after he retired from playing.

    Great bowler, 1981 and all that, and a no nonsense commentator after retirement.
    Watched him on the verdict when the ashes was on and I never realised he was ill.

    Just heard on my way home, very young that.

    He was a funny bloke while coming across as a misery, knew his stuff. Remember that 81 series well, went to the Old Trafford test but that day was mainly about Botham.

    Great fast bowler, proper shame to die so young. The Verdict won't be the same, bet Charles is devastated.

    I was there too Rufflad. Brilliant bowler. Once faced him in the nets at Edgbaston off 4 paces. Didn't see the ****er!!
