    Brian's Predictions League 2022/23

    League Table
Only one more week to go on here and very few changes to report, another week of what might have been for the Horns. It'll be very unpredictable next week for the final round with some teams already qualified for the play offs, others promoted, relegated or now playing dead rubber games. So which teams will be up for it on the final day ? On the eve of the last round theghost has a lead of 74 over Matej - possible to bridge in one round, but very difficult. Pride of place this week goes to Charlie with a score of 127 (also the only poster to get the Watford scoreline correct) and there were 3 other scores over a hundred - by Frenchie, Scully and JT Bodbo. Yorkie also continues his surge up the table.

    Brian's Predictions League 2022/23

    Final Table
Well we finally got to the end of our marathon. Highest scores of the last day were 104, shared by Matej and Fez, with Yorkie getting 103. A glance at the table shows us everything !

    Our winner for 2022/23
    In first place is:
    theghost
    <cracker> <ghost> <bubbly><applause>
    In second place was:
    Matej Vydra23
    :emoticon-0165-muscl:emoticon-0169-dance

    And in third place was:
    Hackneyhornet
    <cheers><bubbly>
in the 'nearly made it' play off places were Mrs Andy, Markthehorn, Andytoprankin (3rd in the family table), and oldfrenchorn.

But the real winners are everyone who took part even when those teams just didn't do what we wanted them to. Many thanks to all.

I have trouble working out my own score, let alone 20 every week. You look at the results each time and wonder how some teams manage to win or lose, but that is the Championship. You do a great job cologne, and others have said, very many thanks. <applause>

Many thanks Cologne. With a busy life its not always easy to devote the time- as a 167 points for me one week and a fat zero the next shows!-so the time you yourself take to run this is much appreciated. Myself, Simon, plus Simons son Riley were at the game today. It was a good send off for the Hornets!

Thanks once again Cologne for all your hard work in running the leagues(s) . I almost feel guilty about getting the extra point.
