Another challenging game, Nigel seems to have got them playing well. Big day for Liam, his first club and then Nigel signing him for us, so a few emotions floating around. Interesting to see Traore in the squad finally, let's hope he can get on for 20 minutes. Anything from the game will be welcome, though I would dearly love to beat them after the rogering we got there last season.
Morning guys interesting log from DMD above even me living in Bristol for 59 years learnt a thing or two. Never forgive you for the wonder goal at Wembley -i was right in line with DW when it came to him and as soon as he hit it i said before it hit the net it was going in All i wanted was to get back on the train-Wembley is no place for the losers. Anyway back to tomorrow we are unbeaten in Eleven-Nige has got us playing some cracking football-quick pacey and fast. He came in to the club which has been underperforming for years since the playoff final against Hull.Has taken him 2 years to sort the football club out and mould it to where it is today.Next year apparantly is the year he wants a promotion push-this year we could still hit the playoffs if we keep going as we are now-however it could be a tad late. Came to yours a few years back when we had small chance off sneaking into the playoffs i think you beat us 2-1. Anyway have a good journey down to those coming and may the best team win-over on our board the majority have us down for a home win. Then we have a sellout against Man City in the cup on Tuesday night.
Why would pubs have to be for, away fans round there? Pubs are for everyone except round a stadium. Plenty of good pubs and places to eat in Bristol, far more than Hull. The areas around the water are a lot better put to use as well. Some rough areas like every other city but where you are staying you won’t be going near them.
Bristol City haven't been awarded a penalty since Nov 2021. You know what happens next... UTT! edit: I'm wrong, they got one last week.
If its taken him 2 years to get to mid table then his recruitment must've been even more naive than ours. Success should be instant if you get your recruitment right, don't you know?
