The reason they deserve a go at independence IMHO. They are a more enlightened country, you only need to view the Brexit voting figures to see that. Us Nigels have this oh so superior attitude exemplified by the Bullingdon ****ers. I cannot imagine why the scum of this country think that they have anything in common with those entitled twats.

Boris Johnson drops plan for pre-election visit to Scotland
PM’s move, which emerged after Scottish Tories’ manifesto launch, suggests party fears his poor ratings will harm campaign

Boris Johnson has dropped plans to visit Scotland to campaign for the Conservatives before the May elections, heightening suspicions the party fears he will damage efforts to lure anti-independence voters away from Scottish Labour.

Douglas Ross, the leader of the Scottish Tories, admitted that the prime minister would not be going to Scotland despite Johnson’s assertion in January that “wild horses” would not keep him from campaigning to save the union.

There isn't any point in either the Tory party or Labour going to Scotland.

Can someone round up the one trick pony, it's got out again. Can whoever does that check its diet, as its bowels seem ridiculously loose.

Well it just so happens my brother is maintenance manager for Pernod Ricard in Central Scotland. I could probably get you a tour. Also bottles of Chivas for £12.

I have always liked you old pal of mine <laugh>

I love the stuff but if I go a few weeks on it , it ruins me .

They had Haig club on special last year and I bought a few bottles for lockdown emergency.
Felt like my liver had been punched in by Tyson Fury .

When I grow up hopefully I can drink it sensibly and have a few nice bottles in the cabinet .

Chivas is nectar pal. I posted a few months ago in here or the Prem board when some single malt tard was banging on about how great they are that I'd rather drink a good deluxe blended whisky like Chivas than most of the Single malts I've tasted over the years.

Unfortunately I very rarely drink whisky these days and if I do it's a no more than a couple of hawfs. I had a tendency to get all who the fùck are you looking at on it so gave it up in favour of voddie.

    <cheers>

I have been known to get through most of a bottle and by jimmeny that's a horrendous hang over, especially in a hot country.

I'm a self admitted borderline alcoholic , I have only drank 1 day in the last 2 weeks and have no problem going dry but when I break the seal I don't stop .

Which used to lead to cocaine and eventually gambling and whores .
Then you wake up next day with a big dent in your wallet.

So many good intentions of a quick pint after work turned into a Hunter S Thompson story over the years.

Nothing to boast about but I still have that flame inside me and a demon on my shoulder if I'm not careful.

You do know that the SNP ordered hospitals to discharge elderly folk to carehomes even IF they tested positive for Sars-CoV-2.

That's how we ended up so many deaths despite having only one densely populated area, that being the Glasgow metropolis.
