I can confirm it is by the size the area needing insulated, it wouldn't make sense otherwise. The person I know, wants me to make appointments for them, for the person to go around to the house and show how that Icynene works and give them a quote. My solution to Governmental incompetence would be to cancel the Government.

 

Much like Corbyn's free WiFi scheme.

Instead of paying for your own Internet at say £25 month the government will tax you and spend £70 a month providing you with free WiFi.
