I wonder why? Filled up near Paris yesterday and it cost the equivalent of £1.29.7 per litre. Asda today, cheapest in town £1.39.9. I always used to get back to Blighty with an empty tank. How things have changed. Another Brexit bonus?

Not sure why the personal attack, but he’s bang on with the cost. I have just passed a garage in my neck of the woods where it was advertising petrol at 1.41 at litre

Care to explain why? If you can I'll accept the charge. Bet you can't though. Typical crazed righty Derpmonger.

If I’m being referred to as the first dopey ****, then the clue was in the first part of my response which was “not sure”.

I am actually intrigued about this, which is weird considering I don't drive. My opinion would be that £1.29 a litre in Paris is cheap and I would also say £1.39 isn't bad either. Out of interest, what Asda were you at to pay £1.39, which town? Was Paris not up at €2 a litre in the last year or so? Not that it means it is still that price, obviously.

The 'expert' tool has spoken. No doubt a specialist in augers, as they're a boring tool too.
