I quite often think this about myself in the Family Stand and wonder what my 9 year old thinks. I only swear quietly to myself but sometimes stand up and rant and rage much more than I do in my ‘normal’ life! After a couple of seasons maybe he’s used to seeing me like that at the football now.

That's just it isn't it? A "safety valve" and a pretty embarrassing one at times... as adults many of us regress into childlike (terrible tot?) behaviour despite our best efforts. It can be frightening for the children that are around. Then those who do manage to keep a lid, or have a seeming lack of emotion, then moan at us for being passionate and wearing our hearts on our sleeves which makes the situation worse. Second half of the last two seasons were a case of personal damage limitation at times. Acid test this weekend...

I notice Dyche wasn't happy with the officials last night after Burnley's game in Greece because he felt the home side were putting pressure on the officials ..

Fair enough but then it is for Dyche to berate the officials and demand Hughes is sent off though on Sunday ?

Might be unpopular but feel Dychey is really becoming the 'Ginger Mourinho'. The way Burnley played against us last year - lots of falling over, feigning injuries, surrounding the ref - as well as he just seems to be moaning every time they don't get a result - seems to be everyone else's fault all the time, and ignores anything that goes his team's way!

Just preparing himself for a big job maybe!?

If he actually gets one...I feel Eddie Howe is more likely to make the jump to a top side though.

Not sure Dyche for all the good work he's done appeals to a lot of the big clubs - certainly Everton fans didn't want him when Koeman was sacked.

Mind you they did get Big Sam!

Ironically Howe was sacked by Burnley, was he not?

Yes but think that was more to him being unsettled and wanting to return home .

Maybe, but conceding 29 goals in 13 matches prior to his sacking...
