Just change the thread title to Can Leeds finish ahead of Leicester city and stay in Premier League ?after almost relegated last season
Feel free to lock it. You wouldn’t come across as a big bunch of cry babies with no sense of humour at all. It’s only bantz innit?
Mate, mine was bantz as we’re clearly not going to win the league. Sorry if it was too highbrow and subtle that it zoomed so far over your head
Just to cheer everyone up, if #lufc beat Newcastle on Saturday and #efc fail to beat city, #nffc fail to beat Chelsea, Leeds would then go into a game against West Ham knowing a win saves us from relegation with 1 game left
Does not matter 6 points out of 9 And Leeds with better goal difference will stay up as long as efc lose man city and forest lose next match they won't beat arsenal , leicester won't beat Liverpool or newcastle also.

Leeds 6 pts from next 2 we need at least 2 from the following 3 to happen to be safe with 1 game left Everton lose lose Forest lose lose Leicester draw/lose draw/lose
Don't forget if leeds beat newcastle and west ham , even if everton win a game Leeds still and forest win a game and lose rest , and leicester lose , leeds still stay up
So ourselves, Everton and Forest all have 3 games left. forest are 3 points ahead of us and Everton are 2 points ahead of us. We beat Newcastle and both Everton and Forest fail to win ( as stated in your post), however let's presume you actually mean they lose. So we are 1 point ahead of Everton and ahead of Forest on goal difference So now we beat West Ham, what if Everton and Forest also both win. What if they both draw. For your statement to be accurate it needs to state if we beat Newcastle and West Ham and Everton and Forest both lose their next two games then providing there isn't an 10 goal swing to our detriment in our game against Spurs and whoever Forest play, then yes we are safe. Trust that has cleared it up for you Sniffer
If leeds get above everton after next match , then it's down to last match and if Leeds win that we are staying up. The super computer does say everton finish 3rd from bottom , nottingham forest finish 4th from bottom , and Leeds utd finish 5th from bottom
