He was offside so even if it went in without his bumbling effort he’d have been flagged

City had the breaks today but Leeds didn’t help themselves by giving the ball away for both goals and going forward relying on cross after cross going largely nowhere.

I agree with Sky and thought Hoillet was the best player on the pitch.

 

Cmon let’s be honest here Hoilett apart from his goal was his usual average self.

 

Goals apart (which were excellently taken) I thought we were pretty average across the park.

Couldn't retain the ball in the middle of the park, dithered in defence and no punch up front - until NML and Glatzel came on. Then we caused a lot more problems for their back four.

That is, of course, the Yorkshire Evening Post. In relation to Yorkshire clubs they wouldn't know fairness if it bit them on the ar$e.

When has ‘fairness’ ever been a relevant concept in football

 

Where in the FA regulations does fairness come into it. A bit like fulham when they couldnt catch us saying they should be above us because they played better football than us.
When judges stand on the touchline holding up scores for artistic impression is when I stop watching, though some of the diving is impressive.

I think so although Fulham fans will probably disagree.

 

Fulham probably played the prettier football so deserved to win. Everyone will think so because they like the way they play.

 

Mitrovic should have had a red for a nasty assault - hope he gets a retrospective 3 match ban; he’d deserve it but he’d be back for our game

Never doubted Leeds would win today.
