I think most of those cars with air suspension end up going the same way, i.e. slammed. The air bag seals tend to perish and then the compressor works overtime to keep inflating them, eventually the compressors give up. My old allroad had an electronic setting for 4 different ride heights, but one bag was leaking so the compressor kept inflating all of them, and it would confuse the **** out of the electronic settings. Some days it was set up like a drag racer and other days it looked like I was carrying around a load of gold bullion in the boot
Didn't know they had that. **** that, never again. We had it in a Citroen Picasso and that car cost me a lot of money, both to buy and to constantly repair. Had a battle with Citroen as they sold us a dog and tried to deny they were at fault. They paid up in the end, French ****s. Anyway, the big issue was the air suspension so I'll never have a car with that again. The series 5 is out!!! Nowt bland about an A6 by the way.

I genuinely have no idea. I'm going to have a half hour shufty on what car? and take on board their comments.
The air suspension allows you to set the ride level, so Sport, Normal etc. Not sure if it’s standard across the entire range though. I had a 520d saloon few years back btw, brilliant car.
Currently got about an 8 yr old 330d which I’m very happy with. I realise that, contrary to what we were being told a short while ago, it’s now been decided that diesels are the work of Satan, and that I’m liable to get taxed off the road as a sinner pretty soon. If that happens, I’ll probably have to think again.
Same really. I'm fortunate to get a company car (which currently is a C type merc), but bought a ford connect van a couple of months before Christmas for £500. I've always been an avid DIYer, so I love the practicality of the van. I think I've driven the van more than the merc, since I've had it!
All these daft rich folk get the same cars as each other. I'll be buying Escort Mexico's and Lancia Delta's before dropping £300k on a gay Ghost.
