I was reading an old article in the Guardian, and it said if you said you 'forgot' to do the census, rather than say, I refuse to do it. There was less chance of you being prosecuted. It appears this was defined by that when someone refuses to do it, they are given three chances on average of doing it, before prosecution, so you had to apply the same rules to someone who 'forgot.' Not sure what truth there is in that, but maybe Aber will know
Do your duty for Queen and country. Fill in the god damn census form bruv. It's important. On a real.
Just did mine, took about 15 minutes. On line, not hand filling the form in for five people. I'd question why people wouldn't do it tbh.
Letter I got said you should do it on 21st March or soon after. You realise that if your Mrs leaves you over the next two weeks you will have to redo it.
I followed Chief's example, and did it for my household yesterday. I know it says the 21st on it, but I thought, yeah right, and the site will crash with everyone trying to get on at the same time. I don't think it matters as long has your circumstances don't change before census date - I did note once I'd completed it, it gave you the option to go back in and edit it, as long has you keep your reference number.
