    Anyone know where Boundys gone?

Dropping like a stone. Several of their better players out of contract in the summer. Loanees gone. Trevor Birch earning a fortune and has equity in the club a comedy manager and owned by an asset stripping hedge fund.

    Have I missed anything?

I wonder if they want their club back again now theyve lost a few.?<laugh>

Unless they get bought out this will be their last season in the Championship. They will drop like a stone.

Cooper has done very well with very little.
I admit I didn't see the start they had coming.
Thought they'd start slowly and build to mid table.
Credit to them, but for all the gloating of some over there, I pointed out it was a long season.
As I said, still a long way to go and they may get back above us.

It will be intetesting to see if Cooper can make a few signings in the january window. The youngsters have done well but you need a few old heads in there.
The interesting one is the number of players they have out of contract in the summer. 12 first team players and 4 loanees being returned.
Next year could be a bigger problem if that issue can't be sorted.

Ah well, still a few issues of our own to resolve.

    A sound theory sir.

Our friends from Ashton Gate are having an interesting season too. I think their fortune lies in how they survive the transfer window. I've got a sneaky feeling that this might be their season.

Brentford, leeds and preston before christmas, then milwall and the wendies before the new year. 9 or 10 points from that lot and I'll believe we've turned a corner.
It could all go south though.

Hopefully we'll get as much of an idea of our longer term future from who Harris gets rid of more than who he signs in january.

Did you see the last 2-3 minutes of their game v Fulham? A stonewall pen turned down and then they hit the bar.
They’ve won their last 5 games at Craven Cottage.
With the luck they had yesterday and at ours they must think it’s their season

Its what makes it so enjoyable....

    ...and frustrating.

Said it before. The championship us the hardest devision to get promoted from. The premiership the hardest division to stay in.

It seems as if the yanks are looking to sell their academy facilities. Quite a few looking for new jobs.

That's what I don't understand. Selling off what has been a prize asset for them in developing very good quality youngsters and bolstering cashflow with high value sales.

What would we give for a track record like that?

£5M a year savings in running cost is the prize.

    Agree with the track record.
