One certain Rambo used to be awful playing in a mid 3 with 2 world beaters.
That Mid 3 had everything up top & everything in D.

Baka wasn't worse than Rambo given Baka played with 1 world beater in mid 3.
Add to no fire power up top & no Defense in our current squad.

 

OK, nearly every PL team.

 

Baka was worse than any midfielder before or after. And there's not a lot wrong with our current defence.That said, he should have been given another run this season just in case, like so many others, he may have come good second season. Then again, so should Michy, and RLC should be starting ahead of the always dissapointing Barkley. But your new hero Sarri, who we will all love in 6 months, has to make the decisions, so back him.

 

Sorry, Sarri isnt my hero until he sells Cescy at least.

How's the Alonso hating going Stan, looked like a Man City player today.

 

What is new?? He Looked like a decent winger like Pedro. Never argued about his forward play or odd goal scoring runs.
BUT..
He doesn't have a clue about defending. He was responsible for Goons goals as well. lets not get carried away.
Luiz & Alonso on the left is suicidal. Saari cannot last if he persists that. he needs to change. Drop one of them or both of them.

On the other end - Kovacic was the game changer today..

Kid can play. After his introduction, he was virtually baying LB letting Alonso play his usual position of forward player.

 

How on earth can you blame Alonso for the goals, both were scored from central positions not Alonso's part of the pitch, and don't say he should have stopped the cross because no one can stop a cross when it is coming from that wide.

Second one him and the left CM/luiz need better communication. You can't just let Mkhitaryan run n like that to cut it back.

Azpi is the only good Defender in back 4.

 

Wasting your time mate, once on Stans hate list you stay there. The turning point wasn’t so much Kovacic coming on but Berkeley going off.

 

Kovacic did ok but Hazard was the game changer.
