Off Topic Cheltenham Festival March 2021

We could use this thread after Cheltenham has finished.
It would be nice to hear of people's success and tips.

Means I can't be down today whatever the outcome

I was just saying to my Dad... Had there been people and bookmakers at Cheltenham this week, the horses Rachel Blackmore has won on would have been way shorter. It would have been like the Dettori factor... Imagine what price, Tellmesomethinggirl would have been. Every woman looking at names with her on board would have lumped on. She has been brilliant this week.

You have to feel for the people in the ITV 7... 3 still going in the last race on the first 3 in the betting, and RB come and scuppers them... For 300k as well.... 500k up for grabs tomorrow... free to enter people... !!!

 

Trust me to pick the woman driver that crashed in the last race.

I think RB might have got on the wrong on win the Gold Cup. Minella Indo the stable second string has Cheltenham G1 form on good ground and won this day last year the Albert Bartlett... hasn't had ground in its favour all winter until today..

I’ve been umming and arring about this race all week, tritonic is a horse that can only improve - however zanahiyr is a horse that is also on the up, and the time on the last race set by this monster is unavoidable. I’ve had a play on the RFC
And a win bet on the 7 horse.

I’ve had a play on YouRaisedMeUp, but the EW bet in the race is Gowell road, unexposed and could be an absolute monster from its Newbury run

230 is another lottery anything could win.
There’s 3 I like in this race, I’ve been on barnbados bucks from the beginning of the week.
Streets of doyen is a form horse who finished behind flooring Porter and the way that won yesterday this could work out to be the winner (if it gets the run of the race) the other one I looked at was fakeria but at the price I couldn’t back it EW, we know Gordon thought a lot of this horse.

This is a strong race this year. Very strong. AL boum photo has not put a foot wrong, and I don’t know why no body fancy’s it - last years winner and hasn’t done anything wrong to say it won’t go and win again in a canter. I’ve bCked champ, a personal fave horse of mine who if turning in to the final bend is among the leaders , has a massive chance !!!!
(Native river EW if you want a ew chance but ideally this one wanted some rain in the ground)
