Whatever does it for you, mate. But you need a degree of pure bloody mindedness and willpower to make yourself carry on when you really, really don’t want to.
Rowing machines (or at least the ones I use) don’t allow you to put your weight in to make it a bit more accurate but I tend to go through about 12 cals per minute. No idea how accurate gym machines are at that though even with your weight inputted.
Yep, need to be able to break through when you think you've hit the wall. Once you know you can get beyond it, the next time it a bit easier.
It's actually a play on some WUM **** up HIAG was trying, and failing, but if it keeps me on the straight and narrow I'll use it!
I don’t pay any attention to these machines that me tell one minute that my heart rate is 150 and 95 the next. Results tell you what’s working.
Not running Chief. Walking at pace up an incline. Get it up to around 12-15% and increase the speed. You're a lot younger than me, there's other stuff you can be doing but I know quite a few lads on weight gaining regimes who also fit this in to their routines.
Can't be arsed with dieting and all the healthy eating bollocks but might try have a months detox instead.
Yeah, true enough. That is a killer and a good burner. I used to do a lot of hill walking/climbing, walking up a steep slope if proper hard work.
