I'm 15 stone this morning. Everything starts great. I'm on the river with my dogs raking all sorts of man made ****e from the banks. 15k steps and countless calories burned.
****ed it up big style when I got home. 1 litre bottle of qc, two bags of spicy knick knaks back to square ****in one.
    I have no will power.
    I'll still be 15 clem tomorrow. <laugh>

I average between 22/24k each day, and all pulling heavy pallets off stuff around, and then have to pick the ****ers for stores.

So combine that, and then hoying around about 800/990 cases off bananas each at 17kg.. then the other stuff.

I never feel much like exercising...

You burn at least 1500 calories per day in work.

If we assume you work 260 days per year inc overtime you have a calorie deficit of 390,000 calories, meaning you require an additional 1070 calories per day (3620 per day total) just to maintain weight. You combine lunch and breakfast on working days so are fasted for probably 16 hours out of each 24 hour food cycle, essentially an intermittent fasting meal plan.

Maybe that’s why you are a hard gainer.

Just done my first sub 15 mins half mile swim. I know that's not any world record speed like, but pretty pleased with that. <ok>

Reducing my meat intake is the plan. I tried a Greggs vegan sausage roll yesterday and was shocked at how nice it was.

I don't usually eat sausage rolls, but they had some vegan samples out in the bakery at Morrisons the other day, very nice indeed.

And much more appealing that eating the snouts and arseholes that most sausage rolls are made from <ok>

    Today's lunch is yesterday's dinner left overs;

First drink of the year tonight at a family thing but doubt I’ll get pissed.

Lost a stone in a week at the beginning but guess a lot of that was water and also lost some strength. Lost a little since and lifting more now so all good. More toned but other things like quality of sleep and skin have improved an awful lot.

I gave up caffeine at the beginning of last week. The caffeine headache was a bastard for 3 days.
Been doing the 18:00 diet. It's simple really, eat nothing and drink only water after 18:00. I don't drink alcoholic beverages on a work night but on the weekend I'll turn water into wine or beer <cheers> I guess the next step would be to bin the booze on a weekend :emoticon-0101-sadsm
The 18:00 things cuts out all the crisps chocolate and other ****e.
Lost about 10lbs in a week. Now hovering around the 14st mark instead of 15.
I'll have to motivate myself to get on the weights, exercise bike and rowing machine.

Not being an expert at all, I’d build it up slowly. The diet is always the main thing but maybe add a new thing each month or something rather than going from zero to 100 quickly.

I plateaued on the scales for three weeks but improving other things so I’m not too bothered but I’m consuming so few calories compared to what I was that physics dictates I’ll have to shift some more pounds eventually.

I generally eat reasonably healthy anyway. Could maybe cut down on portion size.
If anyone ever wants to lose weight quickly do yourself a juice fast.
Got down to my football playing weight in my twenties 12.5st in about a month. It makes you feel fresh and there is an unbelievable clarity of mind.

Piled it all back on like, crisps, chocolate and beer :emoticon-0167-beer:

    Does wine count as juice?
