according to www.pafc.co.uk the club have released all of the out of contract players apart from zubar who has been offered a contract. it leaves us with 13 players should zubar sign up. it can be assumed that damian johnson wont be playing for us again. so 12 players it is. reid can at least bring in his own players now and we can now judge him .
It will depend on what restrictions have been levelled on Peter Reid budget wise. It will also depend if any of his remaining players get tempted away to more stable clubs financially (Crawley for instance !!!). If he is in the market only for cheap cast-offs then his contacts will be very important regarding good loan players. Damian Johnsons contract runs out next year,it is hard to see how he could stay,his wages must be quite high.Have Huddersfield offered to buy him ?.I believe he is still out injured,is that right ?

Well I was a bit torn really, but now that Scumanage have been promoted, wont have to bother about going there, not that I would have anyway, STB is from Stevenage, which is so nice its twinned with Shimkent in Khazakstan!
